The company was established in 2019 by a young South African Attorney Mr. Sphiwe Jerry Milazi. Their vision is to create a business that will cater for a diverse customer needs and whilst ensuring meaning participation and growth within the Legal fraternity.
Sphiwe Milazi Incorporated is a Potentially Emerging Law Firm, however with our vision driving us, we have set up officess in two provinces being Mbombela in Mpumalanga as well as Polokwane in the Limpopo province. We have assembled a well balanced team of skilled legal practitioners and Project Managers with diverse skills and backgrounds i.e. Civil Litigation, Labour Law, Law of Contract, and etc. Through the experience of our team, we ensure complete satisfaction by providing a speedy & reliable service to our client ragardless of size.
Sphiwe Milazi Incorporated Attorneys registered with the Companies and Interllectual Property Commision (CIPC) as well as the Legal Practice Council to provide Legal services within budget and on time, to both Private Sector and Public Sectors. The lack of skilled and professional service providers in this type of buiness was the drive to institute such a business venture. Consequently, skill transfer and continuous training for employees is anticipated to guarantee the sustainability of the business.

The Director (Mr. Sphiwe Milazi) has a sound track record in Criminal and Civil Litigation as well as Human Capital Managament and Business Development, he worked for a number of Law Firms. He holds a LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo.
